The Home

Jason Court Care Home is a registered nursing home which provides nursing care and support for up to 67 people. The ethos of the home is to provide physical, psychological and social support to patients with mental health needs or patients with an acquired brain injury.

The Role

As well as providing outstanding treatment and care, we aim to deliver a service that’s empowering for our residents. One in which we can support them in maximising the quality of their life in the least restrictive manner possible. You will play a vital leadership role on the unit, you’ll also use your expertise and ideas to help us continually evolve best practice and set new standards within Healthcare Ireland Group.

The Responsibilities

  • Adopt a systemic, individual approach to all resident care plans and communicate the outcomes to the team both verbally and in writing, ensuring all risk assessment documentation is kept up to date.
  • Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care.
  • Deputise in the absence of the Unit Manager.
  • Support and supervise new staff.
  • Manage the assessment, implementation and evaluation of individual patient care plans while promoting a professional working environment to ensure a high standard of resident care.

You will have:

  • Valid UK NMC pin
  • A right to work in the UK
  • Minimum of 6 months mental health nursing experience
  • Access NI clearance
